Your flying account details will be under your master account name in the case of a joint account. To access individual flight details you will need to register and login using your individual member reference. Account/member references usually begin with the first 3 letters of your surname followed by your initial - eg bloj for Joe Blogs. If in doubt please check with the office first. The system is not case sensitive.
